This role is responsible for proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates in support of proposed contract bids and anticipated program awards. The individual builds and maintains a “ready bench” of talent aligned to near-term opportunities, supports contingent hiring plans, and ensures candidate pipelines are compliant, well- documented, and actionable for rapid mobilization. When recruiting demand is lighter, the role pivots to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Business Development (BD) and Proposal team, this role is to systematically gather and analyze historical data sets related to corporate funding, competitive product pricing, and industry salary benchmarks. Overall the position is meant to assist in capture and proposal activities organized, on schedule, and submission-ready.

This role is primarily accountable for end-to-end recruiting execution—owning the sourcing-to-hire workflow to ensure strong candidate pipelines and timely fills. When recruiting demands are lighter, the individual will transition to providing high-value administrative and operational support directly to the Director of Human Resources.
