Planner/Scheduler Professional II

Steel manufacturing demands substantial asset investment, with annual maintenance costs exceeding one hundred million dollars. This role is key to lowering those costs and ensuring efficient use of our maintenance and contractor resources.

The role of the Planner/Scheduler is to improve workforce effectiveness and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through proactive planning and coordination of manpower, parts and materials, and equipment access. The position is responsible for planning future work; ensuring Manufacturing has a sufficient backlog of tasks that are fully planned, approved, and ready for execution; using personal experience and closed backlog to develop work plans that avoid potential delays and quality or safety issues; and scheduling work by loading labor hours and providing the workforce with sufficient assignments for their shifts.

Engineer II, Industrial Design

Electrical Technician II

Technicians are system experts that provide advanced and specialized knowledge, skills, and consultation that ensure successful installation and restoration of key operating equipment for the multibillion dollar steel business. This role is directly responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing equipment, with varying complexity, operates according to design standards that enable manufacturing specifications, which have a direct impact to the product characteristics, to be achieved. Technicians are the next (higher) level of reliability support once the skills of maintainers have been exhausted. This position will be required to work on call and/or overtime as per business needs.

Process Automation Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

The Process Automation Engineer is a key member of the site Engineering team, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Automation Manager. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the site’s Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure and automation systems used in GMP manufacturing.
You will provide technical leadership for process control systems, support manufacturing equipment reliability, and lead automation initiatives that improve system performance, data visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role also supports capital projects, including system design review, installation, commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and lifecycle management. Success requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and structured problem-solving in a regulated environment.

General Manager

operations while laying the foundation for scalable systems that support the company’s
long-term growth and franchising vision. This role combines traditional yard management
with the strategic development of repeatable processes and documentation.

Maintenance SME

This position will provide electrical maintenance and technical leadership to Faircrest Steel Processing departments, production supervisors, production and reliability associates, and continuous improvement. The associate in this position will be the recognized electrical expert in regard to maintenance and reliability of steel processing equipment and will use the electrical expertise to develop best practice technology to continue to improve steel processing operations. This associate will direct and coordinate reliability efforts through the use of preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance making use of various technologies and using the best practice to continually improve steel processing reliability procedures and methods.

Customer Support Representative (CSR)
