Desktop Deployment Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Desktop Deployment Specialist. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the preparation, deployment, and configuration of desktop hardware and software for the organization and our clients. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless technology transitions, supporting end-users, and maintaining system efficiency in a Microsoft-focused environment.

SOC Analyst

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst will play a crucial role in monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats using tools such as SIEM, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and IDS/IPS systems. This position requires strong professional communication, an investigative mindset, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include continuously monitoring security alerts, conducting initial triage to assess threat severity, investigating suspicious activities, and managing phishing investigations. The SOC Analyst will identify and escalate security incidents to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams, provide basic threat intelligence by identifying event patterns, and document findings for senior analysts. Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs), the role also involves collaborating with clients to address security concerns and supporting the managed security service provider’s (MSSP) evolving needs. Flexibility, quick thinking, and effective communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Compliance Program Coordinator

The Compliance Program Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, including DFARS, CMMC, and NIST 800-171. This position requires professional communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies, while also crafting clear policies, reports, and training materials. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana is essential to track compliance initiatives, document progress, and manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong compliance knowledge, including an understanding of DFARS cybersecurity requirements, CMMC assessment preparation, and NIST 800-171 security controls. Attention to detail is paramount, as the role involves reviewing audit reports, policies, and security controls for accuracy. Additionally, exceptional documentation skills are required to develop and maintain compliance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), audit logs, and client deliverables. Key responsibilities include monitoring and implementing compliance measures, conducting research on emerging cybersecurity regulations, assisting with risk assessments, supporting remediation plans, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams. The Compliance Program Coordinator will also participate in security assessments, prepare for third-party audits, and support cybersecurity training initiatives.

Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Human Resources Administrative Assistant will be managing the calendars of the two head of the department (internally known as Co-VPs of People and Culture) and supporting the HR Generalists in answering general inquiries, managing our ticketing system ( Happyfox), preparing presentations and assisting with research. The Wi-Fi Installation Technician is responsible for installing, setting up, rearranging, or removing switching, distribution, routing, and dialing equipment used in central offices or headend. This role involves servicing or repairing telecommunications equipment on customer properties, including cable television, Internet, and other communications equipment. The technician may also install communications equipment and wiring in buildings.

Senior Network Engineer

The Senior Network Engineer (SNE) supports the delivery and sustainment of the Business Network (BN). The SNE will execute all network engineering activities aligned with core service delivery capabilities and bespoke customer solutions. All engineering solutions will support corporate goals and objectives, adhering to Company policies for security as established by the Company. The SNE will lead projects ensuring collaborative and consistent solution delivery, on time, and within approved budgets and work collaboratively with Operations to ensure delivered solutions are sustainable and supportable by Operations staff.

The SNE will regularly lead multiple projects and perform project activities such as planning, requirements
gathering, design configuration and testing. The SNE collaborates with the EACOWT Sales Engineers and clients’ technical staff to ensure alignment and congruency between the client’s infrastructure and proposed custom solutions in order to affect a seamless integration and implementation of technologies. The SNE will ensure that all required elements of the BN are in a managed state to include configuration of network management servers, necessary elements of the BN are alerted against in a way that Engineering and Operations are proactively notified in the event of a failure.
