We are seeking a motivated, process-oriented Cybersecurity & Compliance Intern to support the development and administration of the company’s security and cybersecurity compliance program. This role will work closely with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and IT leadership to help maintain security policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance activities while supporting the organization’s evolving CMMC environment.

The ideal candidate will bring some compliance experience along with a basic foundation in IT and
cybersecurity. This position is well suited for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, trainable, and
comfortable following established processes while helping develop and improve new ones.

HeiTech seeks a transitioning U.S. Service Member with hands-on experience in artificial intelligence (AI),
software, automation, analytics, or mission technology. This is not a traditional IT-support or entry-level business development internship. The Fellow will apply an existing technical foundation to practical business and mission challenges: identifying high-value opportunities, building or integrating solutions, testing them with users, and supporting adoption.

The Contracts Department is seeking a Contracts/Paralegal Intern with a background in paralegal services, legal administration, contracting, acquisition, procurement, or a related field. This opportunity will provide a transitioning Service Member with hands-on civilian experience in government contracting and contract administration.

The intern will gain exposure to the federal contract lifecycle, contract and subcontract documentation, compliance tracking, FAR/DFARS requirements, and internal contract administration processes. Candidates with military legal, paralegal, contracting, acquisition, or administrative experience are encouraged to apply.

Perform daily operations, calibrations and repairs on utility systems, manufacturing equipment and building systems in a highly regulated, 24x7, cGMP environment with little to no supervision.

Supports the collections function for past-due DTO lease accounts, working structured outreach and documenting outcomes under close supervision.

As an Industrial Design Engineer II, you'll contribute to bringing innovative scientific instruments to life. Technicians are system experts that provide advanced and specialized knowledge, skills, and consultation that ensure successful installation and restoration of key operating equipment for the multibillion dollar steel business. This role is directly responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing equipment, with varying complexity, operates according to design standards that enable manufacturing specifications, which have a direct impact to the product characteristics, to be achieved. Technicians are the next (higher) level of reliability support once the skills of maintainers have been exhausted. This position will be required to work on call and/or overtime as per business needs.

Supports outbound and inbound sales activity for EverFleet's SMB/Fleets program, helping qualify leads and move prospective business customers through the pipeline.

The Process Automation Engineer is a key member of the site Engineering team, reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Automation Manager. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the site’s Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure and automation systems used in GMP manufacturing.
You will provide technical leadership for process control systems, support manufacturing equipment reliability, and lead automation initiatives that improve system performance, data visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role also supports capital projects, including system design review, installation, commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and lifecycle management. Success requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and structured problem-solving in a regulated environment.

The General Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily yard
operations while laying the foundation for scalable systems that support the company’s
long-term growth and franchising vision. This role combines traditional yard management
with the strategic development of repeatable processes and documentation.

Supports the Drive to Own (DTO) customer experience team by handling routine driver inbound and outbound contacts, applicant financial qualification, status questions, appointment scheduling, general program questions, and program enrollment .
