Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee client contract milestone
delivery. This role will be responsible for managing requirements, tracking progress, and
ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner. The TPM will
serve as the bridge between our internal teams and clients, providing clear communication
and accountability.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a comprehensive list of requirements for each client contract.
Track completion of requirements and proactively identify risks or blockers.
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure milestones are delivered on time.
Prepare and present milestone completion materials (slides, documentation) to clients.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding project progress.
Maintain detailed records of progress, issues, and resolutions.
Continuously improve project tracking and milestone management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
Experience preparing client-facing documentation and presentations.
PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications a plus.
