Opportunity Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee client contract milestone

delivery. This role will be responsible for managing requirements, tracking progress, and

ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner. The TPM will

serve as the bridge between our internal teams and clients, providing clear communication

and accountability.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain a comprehensive list of requirements for each client contract.

  • Track completion of requirements and proactively identify risks or blockers.

  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure milestones are delivered on time.

  • Prepare and present milestone completion materials (slides, documentation) to clients.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding project progress.

  • Maintain detailed records of progress, issues, and resolutions.

  • Continuously improve project tracking and milestone management processes.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software environment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

  • Experience preparing client-facing documentation and presentations.

  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications a plus.
