The Role

Project Manager

We are seeking a Project managers to join our team. Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. You will work with our clients, team, and management team to ensure communication, delivery, and satisfaction are accomplished throughout the project. It will be your job to plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents to include contracts with clients and memorandums within and between our internal departments
     

  • Maintain software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation for our clients.
     

  • Gather and analyze technical and product information from multiple sources to document new or changing product functionality and further recommend implementations to improve our procedures and products

  • Developing and suggesting advancements for our writing and documenting process
     

  • Be an effective leader, follower and team-mate for those that work in your section.
     

  • Speak effectively and intelligently about the content of your work and how you plan to tackle the challenges ahead.
     

  • Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, both internal and client facing.
