This position will be a part of the Program Management team that supports Strategic Programs within the DSAS Business in order to drive the commercial success of new products for the DSAS Division.
What will you do?
Responsible for program creation and management of strategic customer engagements, partnering with necessary internal product and engineering stakeholders to ensure overall success of the program.
Accountable for developing and executing structured change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new programs, partnerships, and business transformations. Lead stakeholder impact assessments, communication planning, readiness activities, and adoption measurement across cross-functional teams.
Responsible for integration and onboarding of new business opportunities/partners or emerging areas. Focuses on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic or tactically important partnerships.
Coordinates and aligns activities to successfully integrate internal stakeholder and new customer engagements into the DSAS portfolio. Must apply data and expertise so that appropriate courses of action by our business and our internal partners are taken.
Ability to partner internally and externally with professional service companies to drive complex solutions
Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking skills to anticipate market forces and assess complex scenarios.
Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria. Create formal networks involving coordination among groups. Proven excellence in coordinating inputs, assembling complex information into insights, and harmonizing disparate activities
Plan, communicate and align geographically dispersed and functionally diverse teams to execute tasks with efficiency and to high standards, ensuring stakeholder readiness and sustained adoption of program outcomes.
Leverage cross-team collaboration to drive buy-in and gain alignment.

How will you get here?
Education
Bachelor degree in project management, technology, engineering, business or related fields.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
Experience
5-7 years of program and process management experience required
2-5 years vendor management or business development experience required
Program management experience related to partner management, business transformation and new product launches in a highly matrixed environment
Proficient experience in Agile/Lean/SAFe practices
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance.
Proven success in collaborating cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
Demonstrated experience leading structured organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training enablement, and adoption tracking.
Strong familiarity with project management standards and methodologies
Understanding of laboratory environment and IT infrastructure preferred.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and excellent documentation skills are a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
