Supervise the personnel, processing, scheduling, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and training for an 8 hour production shift in the Conditioning/Finishing area to meet the HSP mission statement of producing the highest quality alloy steel at the lowest unit cost. Required to work overtime, rotating shifts/ schedules, or weekends as per business needs.

• Maintenance – Increase the efficiency of the maintenance crews by providing direct supervision and support in the areas of job priorities, assignments staffing, area cross training, delay reduction, breakdown support, schedule adherence, etc

• Continuous Improvement- Continue the development of technology and create the environment that encourages this in others and seek continual improvement. Promote aggressiveness and innovation to push the limits of normal operation.

• Communication- Maintain good employee relations - represent the company to employees, customers and public.

• Cost- Maximize potential of all resources.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing with supervisor experience preferred.
