Opportunity Description
In this role, you will serve as an individual contributor within a team; with the support and guidance of leadership, you will be responsible for completing assignments by defi ned deadlines and supporting department operations. You will begin to develop an awareness and understanding of the talent acquisition strategy, as well as interact with stakeholders. Primary expectations for a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator include:
Role:
Schedules interviews with candidates
Maintains job boards and assists with sourcing candidates
Maintains candidates records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Maintains records on applicant flow and outreach efforts
Exhibits strong communication skills in order to build candidate rapport and support the candidate experience process
Exhibits analytical skills in order to eff ectively validate requirements and identify qualified candidates
Sends and receives job applications and maintains the job requisition database
Ability to support the reporting process by ensuring data integrity and executing updates by defined deadlines
Exhibits a strong attention to detail, and proactively seeks corrective actions, when required
Partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure appropriate skills and experience are documented from kickoff to ensure effective sourcing strategies and targeted talent pools are identifi ed to source for high-quality candidates.
Ability to identify scarce or unique talent using internet tools, search strings and sourcing skills.
Proactively anticipates the needs of the business and builds pipelines to support talent acquisitions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience
Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education
Proficient with supporting talent acquisitions efforts
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with government contracting requirements (specifi cally labor category mapping)
