Opportunity Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources operations and administration. You will work closely with our HR team, gaining insights into various HR functions while contributing to meaningful projects that support our employees and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records, including onboarding documents, contracts, and compliance materials.

  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome kits, setting up new hire accounts, and guiding new employees through the onboarding process.

  • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Assist with maintaining HR databases, tracking employee data, and preparing reports on key HR metrics.

  • Compliance Support: Ensure HR activities and files adhere to legal and organizational policies.

  • General Office Tasks: Support HR-related administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and responding to employee inquiries.


Requirements

  • Education: 

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.

  • Attributes:

    • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.

    • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

    • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
