Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and help build onboarding toolkits and manager pathway modules

• Project-manage onboarding launches and collect departmental input

• Support LMS governance, content uploads, and user guidance

• Take over operational, survey, and visual asset coordination

• Review content through a trainer’s lens

• Serve on L&D’s behalf in department meetings, working groups, and launches

• Build department-level onboarding & manager development infrastructure

• Q3/Q4 - Formalize systems, own cross-team launches, pilot toolkits, and begin to request Coordinator support
