Responsibilities:
Coordinate and help build onboarding toolkits and manager pathway modules
Project-manage onboarding launches and collect departmental input
Support LMS governance, content uploads, and user guidance
Take over operational, survey, and visual asset coordination
Review content through a trainer’s lens
Serve on L&D’s behalf in department meetings, working groups, and launches
Build department-level onboarding & manager development infrastructure
Q3/Q4 - Formalize systems, own cross-team launches, pilot toolkits, and begin to request Coordinator support
