Overall Description of the Position


The Lead Generation & CRM Specialist will be responsible for creating targeted campaigns to generate leads and optimize customer outreach processes. The role will involve leveraging CRM tools to manage and track campaign performance, iterating on strategies to improve conversion rates, and building relationships with potential clients through cold calls.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Create targeted lists of potential fleet companies within various verticals

  • Design and execute cold outreach campaigns to generate leads

  • Manage and maintain CRM databases to track campaign performance

  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve conversions to phone calls

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce Bluedot's solutions


Qualifications
  • Preferred: Current enrollment in or completion of a bachelor's degree program (Marketing, Business, or related field)

  • Preferred: Experience in lead generation or CRM management or client-facing roles
