Opportunity Description

Overall Description of the Position


The Customer Onboarding and Demo Specialist will design customized product demonstrations and onboarding documents tailored to the needs of prospective and new clients. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience that aligns with Bluedot’s commitment to customer success.


Skills Required
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset

  • Experience with creating or curating technical content or demos

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools

  • Basic understanding of EV fleet management or willingness to learn


Primary Responsibilities
  • Build customized demos for prospective customers, highlighting key features and solutions

  • Develop and refine onboarding materials tailored to client needs

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to onboarding

  • Support onboarding sessions to guide clients through their first 90 days


Qualifications
  • Required: Strong communication skills and willingness to learn about Bluedot's platform

  • Preferred: Experience in customer support, training, or onboarding processes
