As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling all incoming customer orders

and creating/maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase supply of products offered by ASAP Site Services

• Obtain the lowest cost for products that aligns with company profit margin requirements

• Track and record orders

• Ensure that vendor contracts align with our customer agreements to mitigate risk

• Identify and partner with vendors who offer ASAP the best pricing and terms

• Locate and onboard new vendors – obtain product offerings, pricing and coverage areas

• Partner with other departments on escalated issues

• Maintain and update existing vendor information – product offerings, pricing and coverage areas

• Ability to negotiate vendor terms

• Identify alternative options of service to prevent loss of sale
