ASAP Marketplace specializes in providing all your temporary site service needs. We provide portable toilets, restroom trailers, roll off dumpsters, temporary fencing and storage. In addition to construction site services we also provide special event services for events such as weddings, family reunions, and graduations. This is a fully remote role, but we especially welcome candidates located near our Maryland and Florida offices. Take your career to the next level with us!

Work schedule: Daytime M-F 9:00 – 5:00

Location: Remote work (must have own equipment).

What you’ll do as a Customer Support Representative Level 2:

• Resolve 40-50 support tickets per day

• Educate customers on our products

• Field any customer inquiries

• Reach out to vendors to resolve customer inquiries

• Receive payment from customers

• Identify and resolve billing issues

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time frame required

What we’re looking for:

· 2+ years of customer service experience required

· 2+ years’ work experience preferred

· High school diploma required/college degree preferred

· Computer proficiency using web-based programs/Microsoft Office and navigating internet

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Positive and professional phone presence

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Strong communication and written skills

· Ability to work well with others
