MUSH is one of the fastest growing consumer brands in the country, and thisexplosive growth requires a high performer for our world class team.The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the ChiefOperations Officer (COO).Role Responsibilities:Administrative (60%)Manage a busy and ever-changing calendar for the COOPrepare a weekly priorities list and daily call sheets to be provided at the beginning ofeach dayArrange domestic travel, including airline, hotel, and car service reservationsScreen, categorize and respond to emails appropriatelyTake notes (and send follow-ups) in key meetings for the COO to review and referenceCoordinate conference rooms and meal arrangements for internal and externalmeetingsDraft, edit and review correspondence, meeting materials, and presentationsDevelop relationships with leadership team contacts and gain recognition as a teamresourceAssist with personal duties, as neededTactical & Strategic (40%)Assist the COO in the development of presentations and documents for internal andexternal audiencesDetermine priority of matters of attention for the COO; redirect matters to staff tohandle, or handle matters personally, as appropriateKeep the COO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriatefollow-upAssist the Ops Leadership Team with special projects and tasks including but notlimited to: -Preparation and memorization of weekly Operations MeetingsManage and follow up on organizational development and trainingsPlan team gatherings and Company volunteer events to support overall Companyculture and employee engagementCreate ways to celebrate key milestones for the TeamSkills & Experience:Ability to multitask and prioritize tasksExcellent time management skillsWell-developed organizational skillsAttention to detailGreat verbal and written communication skillsProfessional discretionHigh learner, high science, high aesthetic, high capacityHigh trust & ability to maintain confidential and sensitive informationWho you are:The executive assistant to the COO is an exceptional combination of:HungryHumbleSmartAmbitiousCurious/Inquisitive PassionateDutifulLoyalApply Here!
